This streetscape project for Baltimore City included enhancements to improve pedestrian safety, ADA improvements, full signalization reconstruction, landscape beautification, and resurfacing of Belair Road.
Careful coordination and teamwork with Baltimore City helped make this project a huge success. P. Flanigan and Sons, Inc. received the 2020 Maryland Quality Asphalt Pavement Award for our work on this project.
