We strive to provide a safe workplace for our family of employees, subcontractors, community members, and the traveling public. With an established safety program, we incorporate educational and monitoring procedures to teach safety, correct deficiencies, and provide a safe working environment.

Our comprehensive Health & Safety Program is made up of many individual programs and documentation needed to reach our objective of zero recordable incidents and minimum non-recordable incidents. This program is reviewed regularly.

Safety is built into our culture with daily morning safety talks, weekly toolbox trainings, incident lesson reviews, and job hazard analyses, ahead of work activities. Our crews participate in stretching exercises each morning to help prevent injuries.

EXTENSIVE TRAINING
EXTENSIVE TRAINING
We provide extensive training in-house for all employees, from new-hire orientation to our annual Winter School for project managers, superintendents, foremen, and general managers.  Safety education and training occur throughout the year to remain in compliance with all standards and regulations.
