McCormick Elementary SchoolFlanigan performed a large-scale site project at McCormick Elementary School, just one of the many projects Flanigan has been a part of, with local public schools. Flanigan performed a large-scale site project at McCormick Elementary School, where parking lots, driveways and sediment ponds were constructed. Flanigan frequently works with local public schools to improve their infrastructure and campuses, and has a long-standing history of partnership with property managers at educational, industrial and medical campuses.

BWI Pier AFlanigan was responsible for constructing supporting infrastructure for BWI Thurgood Washington Airport's new terminal, added for Southwest Airlines. "Pier A" improvements included the construction of a taxiway and additional gates. Flanigan was responsible for constructing supporting infrastructure for BWI Thurgood Washington Airport's new terminal, added for Southwest Airlines. "Pier A" improvements included the construction of a taxiway and additional gates. The work had to be completed under high specifications, over the course of three years. In addition to the typical challenges of working in a secure facility, additional challenges were presented when the terrorist attacks on the U.S. occurred in 2001- while the project was still underway. Heightened security in and around the airport made for unique working conditions, and Flanigan team members conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and awareness in order to complete the project on time.

Cruise Ship TerminalIn 2009, Flanigan completed construction of a large passenger parking lot for Baltimore's cruise ship terminal. The project for the Maryland Port Authority took Flanigan team members about five months to complete, and contributed to the health of the city's recreation and tourism industry. |
