Corporate Headquarters

Flanigan's Corporate Headquarters is located in Northeast Baltimore City. Flanigan has maintained its presence there since 1885, witnessing the evolution of Baltimore from a collection of small neighborhoods to a bustling city. Connected to each of our asphalt plants by a high speed data connection, it is the nerve center of our organization.

Westport

Our Westport asphalt plant is located inside the Baltimore at the intersection of Baltimore-Washington Parkway and I-95. Its six silos can store over 1500 tons of asphalt mixes, alloweing the flexibility of serving numerous customers while continuing to produce the large volumes needed by our paving crews. Westport uses advanced computerized technology for mix control and operates an on-site certified laboratory to ensure compliance with even the most stringent of asphalt specifications.

Monroe Street

The Monroe Street asphalt plant was acquired in January of 1997 with the purchase of theformer Baltimore Asphalt from the Tarmac Corporation. This plant has four silos which allow it to produce large volumes as well as a variety of asphalt mixes for FOB sales. Its location in Baltimore allows easy access to points north of the city.
