P. Flanigan & Sons held annual winter training from February 7- 11 at the company’s Monroe Street Training Facility. Areas of training included Emergency First Response and CPR, Safe Driving, Drug and Alcohol Detection, Hazard Analysis, and various Team Building exercises.

Attendees included Project Managers, Foreman, Superintendants, and other field and office personnel. Gary Shifflett, Operations Manager, works to find new exercises every year that focus on teamwork and communication, while emphasizing safety in each activity.
