P. Flanigan & Sons donated a truck and water tank to TreeBaltimore to help water the newly planted trees at several city schools and other locations around the city. Chris Hiller represented Flanigan as he handed the keys over to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake at the ceremony on Saturday, October 23rd, 2010.

Students, teachers, and volunteers came out to Gwynns Falls Elementary School to plant over 400 trees and see the new truck and water tank. Everyone involved was greatly appreciative of the new equipment that was needed to help the new trees thrive.

Other organizations donated mulch, organic feed to put in the water tank for the trees, maintenance on the truck, and numerous other generous gifts that will help TreeBaltimore in their efforts in making Baltimore a clean and green city.

Flanigan is proud to partner with TreeBaltimore in the efforts to expand the tree canopy in our beautiful city.
