Baltimore Museum of Industry and The Downtown Sailing Center Lot

Racing a J-22 is quite different from racing an Indy Car, but the two sports were linked in March when P. Flanigan and Sons donated construction services and materials to improve a parking area at the Downtown Sailing Center.  The crushed concrete used to re-grade the parking area for the sailors came from Flanigan’s Winchester Recycling Facility.  Our goal is to recycle all the roadway material that we excavate.  When we excavate aged concrete from Pratt St as part of the roadway improvements for the grand prix race, that material is reused on many projects such as here at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and The Downtown Sailing Center.
