Equal Employment Opportunities

It is the policy of P. Flanigan and Sons, Incorporated to assure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, religion, sex, age, color, national origin, disability, Vietnam era or disabled veterans status, or any other basis prohibited by law. GOALS AND TIMETABLES

P. Flanigan & Sons will use the following process in establishing goals and timetables:

  1. A goal will be established when the percentage of the total minorities and women in a job classification within the Company is lower than the total percentage of minorities and women available in that job classification within the surrounding labor market area.
  2. The goal will be stated as a percentage of the total employees in the job classification and will be equal to the percentage of minorities and women available for work in the job classification in the surrounding labor market area.
  3. For each job classification with a goal, a specific timetable will be established for reaching the goal in the minimum feasible time period.

NON-SEGREGATED FACILITIES CERTIFICATION

P. Flanigan & Sons, Incorporated certifies and agrees that we do not maintain or provide for our employees any segregated facilities at any of our establishments, and that we do not permit our employees to perform their services at any location, under our control, where segregated facilities are maintained. P. Flanigan & Sons, Incorporated certifies further, that we will not maintain or provide for our employees any segregated facilities at any of our establishments and that we will not permit our employees to perform their services at any location, under our control, where segregated facilities are maintained. P. Flanigan & Sons, Incorporated agrees that in the event of a breach of this Certification, this agreement may be cancelled, terminated or suspended in whole or in part by the Owner. As used in this Certification, the term "Segregated Facilities" means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation and housing facilities provided for employees which are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, creed, color or natural origin, because of habit, local custom or otherwise.
